Breach Checker: Compares passwords against known compromised password databases
Vault Simulator: Demonstrates password manager encryption concepts
Educational Resources: Password security guides and best practices

Service Characteristics:

100% Free: No fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges
Local Processing: All tools run in your browser
No Registration: No account creation required
No Data Collection: We don't collect passwords or personal information

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature or content.

User Responsibilities

When using Loginka Services, you agree to:

Don'ts

Prohibited Activities: You may not use our Services to:

Conduct security testing on systems you don't own

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Loginka disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No Guarantee of Security: While we use industry-standard security practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security
Service Availability: We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
Tool Accuracy: Password strength estimates are approximations only
Breach Database: Our compromised password list may not be exhaustive

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOGINKA, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Services
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
Any errors or omissions in any content
Any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

Critical Security Note: Loginka is a tool for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for:

The security of your own accounts and passwords
Implementing proper security practices
Using generated passwords appropriately
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

These limitations apply regardless of legal theory, whether based on tort, strict liability, breach of contract, breach of warranty, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Since Loginka doesn't require accounts or registration, "termination" generally means restricting access to our Services from specific IP addresses or devices in cases of Terms violations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of changes by:

Continued Use: By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.
