User Responsibilities

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOGINKA, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

Critical Security Note: Loginka is a tool for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for:
- The security of your own accounts and passwords
- Implementing proper security practices
- Using generated passwords appropriately
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
These limitations apply regardless of legal theory, whether based on tort, strict liability, breach of contract, breach of warranty, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

Since Loginka doesn't require accounts or registration, "termination" generally means restricting access to our Services from specific IP addresses or devices in cases of Terms violations.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of changes by:
